Come on Saturday, February 21 and 208, 11:00 am, for a multi-generational health and wellness event.  Led by Roz Gerken, this seated exercise program uses movements that are natural, enhancing joint mobility, spinal flexibility, right-left brain coordination, cognitive function, systemic stimulation, balance, confidence, and playfulness.

Pre-registration is required because of space limitation.  The program is free and open to the public, so invite your friends!! Free-will donations are gladly accepted.

In case of bad weather, please call the church office (732-873-2776) before coming to the church.  You’ll find an announcement by 9:15 am on the 21st and 28th if the event is cancelled due to weather.
