Join MRC this coming Sunday for Sunday School and worship as we celebrate World Communion Sunday.

The first Sunday of October is annually designated as a date on which Christian churches all around the globe come together around The Lord’s Table to share in Communion.  MRC’s celebration of this special day seeks to give us a genuine sense of gathering with the world church.  Each year we learn about the church in a different part of the world.

This year we are pleased that Rev. Derrick Jones, who supervises Reformed Church in America mission efforts in Africa, will be with us for both our Adult Nurture Class (9:30 am) and worship (11:00 am).

Come hear about what the RCA is doing, especially to respond to hunger and other food security concerns throughout East Africa, and particularly in Kenya.
